Email support@wilsontrust.org. Include your device model, system version, Gather version, and a description of the issue. Please avoid sending sensitive meeting notes or personal information unless necessary to explain the problem.
Tasks and projects
Capture tasks directly from Your hub. Choose a project, or leave the project unassigned to add the task to Today. Projects with approaching deadlines appear ahead of longer-term projects; projects without dates appear last.
Reminders and Calendar
Open Connections to connect Apple Reminders and Calendar. Each device needs its own permission. Reminders sync while Gather is open; pull down on a main page to refresh. Calendar provides event context and Gather does not edit calendar events.
Meeting notes
Type notes in Gather or write with Apple Pencil on iPad. Mark a note as a meeting and enable automatic processing to generate suggested tasks. Personal notes are excluded from automatic processing. Review suggested tasks and dates before adding them.
Processing requires a compatible device with Apple Intelligence enabled and its models available. Keep Gather open on your compatible iPhone or awake Mac while processing. A note captured on another device must sync before it can be processed there. Gather does not automatically monitor Apple Notes; share or import those notes yourself.
Offline use and sync
You can capture and view locally stored content offline. iCloud sync needs an internet connection and the same Apple Account on your devices. On-device intelligence also needs its required models to be available; initial model downloads may require a connection.
Notifications
Enable review notifications in Connections and allow them in system settings. Focus settings may silence alerts. The quiet Live Activity indicator appears only while using Gather and ends when you leave or processing finishes.
